Product Description:
Brewing Instructions:
Use between 3.75-5 g (1.5-2 teaspoons) of tea per 175-250 mL (~6-8 oz.) of hot water.
Please do not use boiling hot water. Allow it to cool to around 80-85 ºC (185-180 ºF) before steeping for 1-2 minutes.
Using water that is too hot will result in burning and scaling as the tea has not gone through the fermentation and firing processes to make it into black tea. Burnt green tea will taste unpleasantly bitter. It may be beneficial to lower the brewing temperature even further, down to 75 ºC (165 ºF).
